## What we make
High-protein, high-fiber snack crackers that taste every bit as good as they are good for you. Private label and white label: everything we make is for your brand. Flavors include Sour Cream & Onion, Dill Pickle, Applewood Smoke Barbecue, Strawberry Shortcake, and many more. Our snack crackers are on shelf in multiple grocers across the country.

## Nutrition per serving
10g protein per serving. 6g fiber per serving. 120 calories per serving.

## How a launch works
Choose from our existing snack crackers and flavors for lower minimum orders and a launch in about 3 months. Minimum orders depend on the pack-out. Develop a tailored better-for-you snack: start with your nutrition targets and ingredient requirements. Pick the format, flavor and packaging, then launch on shelf under your brand.

## Who we are
Cornell University food scientists started this company to make better food easier to buy. Research funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation. Antithesis Foods is in Philadelphia, PA.
